The problem

The business depended on a developer for every small content change — updating copy, swapping an image, or adding a section all meant waiting on manual code edits.

What I did

Built a custom presentation website with a content-management layer and a client dashboard, so the team edits core content through simple, guarded screens.

The result

The client now controls their own website content end-to-end — no code, and no waiting on a developer for routine updates.

The problem

Daily operations were scattered across spreadsheets and manual handoffs, with no single source of truth for records, roles, or workflow status.

What I did

Developed an internal web application that brings workflows, user roles, and records into one structured interface, with backend flows that enforce each process.

The result

The team now runs day-to-day operations from one reliable place — less manual coordination, and fewer errors from juggling separate files.

Client Booking System

The problem

Clients had no self-service way to book and manage appointments, so every request turned into back-and-forth messages and manual admin follow-up.

What I did

Built a private client-facing flow for booking and account management, paired with an admin side for follow-up — built around simple actions and maintainable data.

The result

Clients book and manage their own appointments, and the admin team spends far less time on manual scheduling and confirmation.
